We ship worldwide, including P.O. boxes and APO FPO/DPO addresses.
What company is used for shipping orders ?
Orders are shipped from our factory in China via US couriers.
Will I be charged sales tax ?
Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable taxes based on the order’s “shipped to” address.
NOVASHION follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Taxes will be displayed during the checkout process as an estimate, and is labeled accordingly.

What is the order processing timeline ?
After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment.
Processing time varies depending on the specific product, with the average processing time being approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.
If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.
NOTE ON HOLIDAY ORDERS:
As the holidays approach, we expect increased order loads and therefore longer processing and shipping times.
If you plan to order from us for the holidays, please place your order as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time. We cannot be held responsible for late orders !

How long does delivery take ?
All the collections are not in stock, they are made only to order, that is why we have a delivery time that can vary from 2 to 4 weeks, the time to make your garment or accessory, and that it travels towards you. Thank you for your patience.
Your order should arrive within 1-4 weeks, but can take as long as 6 weeks for delivery.
We ship orders on Mondays - Sundays during office hours only. We do not operate on public holidays.
We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – especially for best selling items! Your patience is appreciated.
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. Heavy order quantities are expected, causing a delay in processing and shipment as we work quickly to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, and couriers limit their operations at these times.
This is outside our control. If you do plan to place an order for the holidays, please order as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time. We cannot be held liable for late delivery times.
Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

There is a 1-5 day processing period prior to shipping. Your order should be delivered within 1-4 weeks following order confirmation. If you have any issues receiving the order feel free to contact us by visiting us here:
How can I track my order ?
While we do offer worldwide shipping, we only provide tracking for these countries: USA, AU, CA. After 5-7 days of shipment dispatch and email confirmation you may request a tracking number if needed for the selected countries.

It may take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
Inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged, missing, or incorrect item in your package, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address and correct any problems.
Please try on the main portion of your item to ensure it fits properly. We are happy to accept returns on all items in new and unworn condition.
Since our customer is responsible for return shipping fees back to NOVASHION, we strongly recommend adding a delivery confirmation to your return shipment. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
If you purchased a set, all items included in the set must be returned in the original unworn condition and original packaging.

Returns or Exchanges
It is your responsibility to return unwanted item(s) to NOVASHION.
NOVASHION will exchange your products at no charge, one-time (domestic only). Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
You have 7 days from the day your order arrives in the mail to review, and if necessary, return or exchange it. Your return package must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the original USPS/UPS delivery confirmation.
Once we receive your return, NOVASHION will send you your exchanged item(s) within one business day. If there is any issue, such as the item being out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible.
We are unable to accept returns/exchanges if:
-Item(s) were a final sale item
-Item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition
-Item(s) have been worn or washed
-Item(s) have been altered
-Item(s) do not have the original tags on them
Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:
Place items in a box with email confirmation or original receipt and a note detailing what you would us to do to remedy your situation. We cannot process an exchange or refund without your receipt.
